The Process:
Meet Joann:Joann is here to guide you through the reconditioning process. She is your point of contact throughout your entire experience. She unboxes your gear, schedules it into our production process, and receives your gear once it is fully reconditioned. Joann will call you to collect payment once your gear is reconditioned and/or evaluated and then ship your gear back to you.

FAQWhen will I get my gear back?
Typical turnaround time is 4 weeks.
What if my gear does not meet NOCSAE standards?
We are a NOCSAE-certified reconditioner and can therefore not recondition gear without re-certifying it to NOCSAE standards. If your helmet does not meet NOCSAE standards, it is "rejected" and will not be reconditioned. There is a $25 evaluation fee.
How much does it cost?
The price of reconditioning varies on the type and condition of your gear, as well as your desired services. All prices are listed on the required form. Because we inspect, test, and repair your gear, we cannot provide a final price on reconditioning until your gear has been processed and all services performed. Joann will call you with a price once your gear is fully processed.
Where do I send my gear?
Stadium System, Inc.
Atten: Single Recon 61 Church St. Canaan, CT 06018 (our address is also listed on the reconditioning forms) I just want my helmet painted.
As a NOCSAE-licensed reconditioner, we cannot send gear to any client that is not re-certified to NOCSAE standards. If your helmet has already been re-certified to NOCSAE standards for THIS season, your helmet does not have to go through the reconditioning process. If your helmet is not re-certified for this season, it must be reconditioned and re-certified.
Do I have to print my form?
NO! Your form is electronically submitted directly to Joann after you click "Submit." In order for us to identify your gear, please neatly write your name, phone number, and email indicated on the form. Please place this information in the box with your gear.
