When will my order arrive?
Turn around time for orders varies on the size and type of order!
If you ordered online through your team's private store, you can typically expect your gear to arrive within four weeks from the day the site closes.
If you are a coach or athletic director and have worked with a sales rep, please contact him for a delivery date or call 800-708-0059.

What is Stadium System's Return / Refund Policy?
Returns
All returns must be authorized by Stadium System Inc. and require a written return authorization issued by Stadium System Inc. Call our Customer Service at 800-708-0059. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Our authorization will be mailed to you when you have sent us a complete description of the product, item number, date of purchase, price, your billing and shipping address, and the reason for the return. If the reason is because of an error Stadium System Inc. has made, full credit will be issued to you and you are eligible for a return. Orders with an error made by you are not eligible for return. Custom or special orders are not eligible be returned unless prove defective. There is a 15% restocking charge on returns for items that we stock and a 25% restocking charge for items that we do not stock.

Our Terms are net 30 days to schools, institutions, and city or state governments. All other accounts are strictly Mastercard, Visa, Cash, or check with order. Highest legal interest will be charged on ALL overdue accounts.

We will ship USPS or Fed Ex whenever possible. Oversized parcels will be shipped via common carrier. We are prepared to ship your order in any manner you specify. Such shipments will be sent freight charges collect. All items in the catalogs are F.O.B. point of orgin. This means we will prepay and add the shipping charges if you are charge customer or we will ship freight charges collect if you have paid by check or money order.
