You will not be charged until your gear is completely reconditioned or evaluated. Joann will call you to collect payment through PayPal. Once we have received payment, we will send you your gear.

Turnaround Time:

Your equipment will be returned, on average, in 3 to 5 weeks from the date you approve your quote. If you need it in less than 3 weeks, you can pay a "Rush" charge of $45.00 and have your helmet returned within 10 business days.*

**Please Note** Helmets exceeding NAERA's and NOCSAE's age limit (9 years) cannot be recertified. Any and all rejected parts will be returned to you. You will be charged a $25.00 Helmet Evaluation Fee if your helmet cannot be recertified.

*New facemasks may take an additional two weeks
